The girls dressed in matching "birthday girl" outfits get ready for school. They headed off with a couple dozen birthday cupcakes for a party at school.
They get queued up for the morning in their exersaucers that let them bounce around a bit and keep them almost-in-place for getting shoes and jackets on.
Grandmas Grace & Ginnie are sorting outgrown baby clothing for a consignment sale. Seeing the sizes of the outfits they started in is a good reminder of just much progress they made in their first year.
That evening we all met at Moe's, a nearby burrito emporium, for birthday dinner. The girls did well as they had the previous night out having fun with straws, eating table food with their fingers, and getting into a festive mood.
